Tim graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in Philosophy and Government and Politics. He then came home to earn his law degree from Rutgers Law School in Camden, again graduating cum laude. Following law school, Tim clerked for the Honorable Donna Taylor, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Atlantic County. While clerking for Judge Taylor, Tim assisted in the preparation of a number of opinions in the Golden Nugget v. Gemaco, Inc. matter arising out of the April 2012 game of mini-baccarat at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City in which gamblers won $1.5 million due to an unshuffled deck of cards. Since finishing his clerkship, Tim has devoted the majority of his professional practice to medical malpractice matters, training under some of the best trial lawyers in the specialty. In his free time, Tim enjoys watching LSU Tigers football, reading, and exercising.
